BIGGEST GAINS: Travel (+4), Chemical (+3), Manufacturing (+2).Outside of travel, no surprises here. Chemical and Manufacturing are driven by engineering.

BIGGEST LOSSES: Education & Public Admin. (-3), Media & Entertainment (-3), Professional Services (-2). These three sectors rely much less on engineering and R&D, so this makes sense as well.

BIGGEST GAINS: Finance & Banking (+3), Media & Entertainment (+3), Automotive (+2). All three of these industries are grappling to understand consumer behavior in rapidly changing markets.

BIGGEST LOSSES: Manufacturing (-6), Education & Public Admin. (-3), Technology (-2). Perhaps manufacturers are overlooking user experience?
